We’re strict on response time and professionalism because the territory is protected. If you can move fast and take care of homeowners, you’ll love this.

  • Speed to lead: respond in 2–5 minutes during business hours.
  • Clean consult: no pressure tactics, no bait-and-switch, no chaos.
  • Coverage: confirm install/service coverage for the territory you claim.
  • Financing options: cash + at least one major finance path (where applicable).
  • Follow-up: minimum 6 contact attempts over 7 days if no answer.
  • Reporting: basic status updates (contacted / booked / closed / lost).

Exclusivity Rules

Performance Standards (Keeps Your Territory Locked)

  • Speed-to-lead: respond within 2–5 minutes during normal hours.
  • After-hours: first response by 9:00 AM next business day.
  • Follow-up cadence: minimum 6 attempts over 7 days (call/text/email).
  • Professional standard: no harassment, no pressure tactics, no misleading claims.
  • Status visibility: update lead outcome within 72 hours of contact.

Territory Protection + Reassignment Policy

Exclusivity is performance-based. If a territory becomes inactive (slow response, no follow-up, repeated homeowner complaints), we protect the city by reassigning it to an operator who will serve it properly.

Warning Triggers
  • Repeated missed calls / unanswered form leads
  • Consistent response times over 30 minutes
  • Homeowner complaints (professionalism or honesty)
  • No status updates / “ghosting” leads
Fix Window
  • We notify you and request correction
  • Typical fix window: 7 days
  • If corrected, territory remains yours
Reassignment
  • If performance doesn’t improve, city/district is re-opened
  • Another operator may claim it
  • You can re-apply later for a different territory
